If your child is ill and has been prescribed medicine that they will need to take during the school day then a form needs to be completed and handed in with the medication to the school office. Please complete this document: Administering Medicines Form.

The school has registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office on Data Protection and all office staff have completed data protection training.
